The purpose of this online course is to build and strengthen fluency and competency. Students are expected to grasp more subtleties of the target language in all four skills areas, which reach a new level of sophistication. Students express and respond to more human conditions and situations; they become more articulate in expressing their knowledge, emotions and opinions.
