In conjunction with EET204L, this course provides students with the background needed to understand and use any 8/16-bit micro-controller. Employing a microcontroller used in industry (selection based on industry trends), students explore bus operation, peripheral ports, clock behavior, and input/output functions. Basic code examples from the manufacturer’s support centers are compiled, and program loading is also covered. Writing assignments and reserved readings, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course.
Electronics Engineering Technologists have just the right spark to keep technology operations running smoothly. They assist with the development, testing, and production of such things as circuit boards, wireless phones, PDAs, medical equipment, and control systems.
If you think you would like to create your own spark consider TBI’s Electronics Engineering Technology Program.
